PULSALYS and Infectious Diseases Cluster sign strategic partnership to accelerate innovation in emerging infectious diseases and antibiotic resistance

Published on November 25, 2025

IDCluster and PULSALYS have signed a three-year strategic partnership aimed at strengthening innovation in emerging infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance.

In a context where emerging infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance represent major challenges for health sovereignty, this collaboration has a clear objective: to accelerate the emergence, technological development, and deployment of innovative solutions from academic research by consolidating the research-innovation-industry continuum.

This partnership will enable:

  • Cross-identification of high-potential EID & AMR projects and startups.
  • Exchange of scientific, clinical, and business expertise.
  • Stronger links with researchers, manufacturers, and socio-economic stakeholders.
  • A strengthened innovation continuum thanks to the link with CATRIEM, the acceleration and transfer consortium for responding to emerging infections and threats, led by PULSALYS alongside Inserm-Transfert

By combining PULSALYS’ expertise in detecting, maturing, and incubating innovations with ID Cluster’s ability to structure, unite, and connect innovative projects with strategic national and industrial players in the sector, we will be able to accelerate the deployment of innovations that will enable us to better prevent, detect, and respond to infectious risks.
